Schemel to Host Town Hall on Cutting Legislative Costs

WAYNESBORO – Rep. Paul Schemel (R-Franklin) would like to remind constituents that he is hosting a town hall meeting on Thursday, Nov. 16, that will focus on reducing the cost of the state Legislature, to include a discussion of legislative pay and benefits. The town hall will run from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the South Mountain Bible Church, 11272 South Mountain Road in Fayetteville.

Schemel to Host Town Hall Meeting July 20 on State Budget

WAYNESBORO – Rep. Paul Schemel (R-Franklin) is hosting a town hall meeting next week to discuss the 2017-18 state budget. The town hall is scheduled to take place on Thursday, July 20, 6:30-7:30 p.m. at his district office in Waynesboro, which is located at 1402 E. Main St.

Schemel Does Not Support 2017-18 Budget Spending Bill

HARRISBURG – Rep. Paul Schemel (R-Franklin) today cast a no vote on the General Appropriations Bill for Fiscal Year 2017-18, which passed in the House of Representative by a count of 173-27. House Bill 218 now goes to Gov. Tom Wolf for consideration.
